Here are some of Donald Trump’s proposals that have been said during and after the President’s campaign of 2016. President-Elect Donald J. Trump is not “your” President-Elect, nor “my” President-Elect but Donald J. Trump is “our” President-Elect. Below is what our President-Elect has said he wants to do in his first 100 Days in office as our President. I have shared some of my heartfelt amendments and opinions.
As an Independent Christian candidate, my amendments, opinions, and hopes have been made with careful, deliberate and honest prayer. We are all made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Our Creator in character. We are indeed the supreme object of God’s creation. We all have the incredible potential for justice, kindness, and reflection, but sometimes we become lost by an attitude of disobedience toward God, like sin and pride. This attitude of sin and pride in such a polarized political climate can separate us sometimes from Our Creator and our country’s best ideals. Some voters are very upset with pride that their candidate did not win. I invite you to join me as your fellow American, not as a Democrat nor Republican, and to put pride aside and to start rebuilding our great nation together. (Genesis 1:27, Psalms 8:3-6, Isaiah 53:6a, Romans 3:23, Isaiah 59:1-2)
I feel and believe every day that Our Savior lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of you and me by dying on the cross. (Matthew 1:22-23, Isaiah 9:6, John 1:1-5; John 14:10-30, Hebrews 4:14-15, I Corinthians 15:3-4, Romans 1:3-4, Acts 1:9-11, I Timothy 6:14-15, Titus 2:13). Once again, I respectfully ask my fellow American like you to please embrace each other as one nation in fellowship.
I hope and pray we can all work together, Democrat and Republican alike, as Christian Americans to move forward to make our country great again as one nation with our Father, Son, Holy Spirit, Ruler, and Creator. (Genesis 1:1,26,27, Genesis 3:22, Psalms 90:2, Matthew 28:19, 1 Peter 1:2, 2 Corinthians 13:14)
As you can clearly see from my wordings and campaign, I don’t think but rather know that “our “Bible is God’s Word for you and me. It is not “my” Bible nor “your” Bible, it is being “our” Bible. Regardless of race, nationality or even political party. Our Bible was written by human authors like you and me, under the supernatural guidance of “our” Holy Spirit. It is the reason for my Christian campaign beliefs and personal living. Because God inspires our Bible, it is the truth for me today and tomorrow. (II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:20-21, II Timothy 1:13, Psalms 119:105-160, Proverbs 30:5).
Growing our God-given gifts of reason, self-awareness and the power to love to succeed in every area of our lives demands fellowship. This is one reason why I am asking you to take a moment in your day to pray for “our” nation and “our” President-Elect to be touched, moved and inspired by the supernatural guidance of “our” Holy Spirit to make the right, just and Christian decisions needed for Salvation. This is one reason why I shared my opinions and amendments for the first 100 days of our President-Elect Donald Trump; To be actively and constructively engaged in our political process.
I want to thank you for time and consideration read my postings.
With an American Government Of The People, by The People, for the People of California!
Sincerely, H. Fuji Shioura
John 17:21 “that all of them may be one”
FIRST, propose a Constitutional Amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress;
MY AMENDMENT: My amendment to the above proposal is as follows. I agree with this proposal with the following conditions. When I first ran for our US Congress in 2012, I adamantly proposed term limits for elected office. I suggest that our United States House of Representatives with term limits of 8 years or 4 two-year terms. Our Presidency has two term limits of totaling eight years, why not our House? Our US Senate should have two terms limits or two 6-year term limit (12 years).
* SECOND, a hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce federal workforce through attrition (exempting military, public safety, and public health);
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal. No amendment.
* THIRD, a requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated;
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal. No amendment.
* FOURTH, a 5 year ban on White House and Congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service;
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal. I have made a similar proposal since 2012. I propose an amendment to add a five-year publicly accessible bank account summary. The bank account summary would be in effect during the Congressional term and after the term served up to five years.
* FIFTH, a lifetime ban on White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government;
MY AMENDMENT: No amendment. I agree with the above proposal. I have made a similar proposal since 2012.
* SIXTH, a complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections.
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal with the following amendments. I have made the same plan since 2012 until now.
First and foremost, I propose an amendment to criminalize such activity for both the foreign lobbyist raising money for American elections and the candidate participating in such dangerous electioneering activities.
Second, I propose a more detailed wording that is clearly explaining what constitutes “soft money” or what I have called “election money laundering.”
For example, a US Citizen with dual citizenship acquiring “campaign donations” in her or his second country of nationality. A foreign national directly giving “campaign donations” to a US Citizen through an “election money laundering” scheme. Or having a candidate or sitting member of Congress visits a foreign country during a campaign should be a concern.
I propose an amendment to encourage an individual, public facing bank account (displaying name of the candidate, office, and dollar amount only), that will be monitored by our FEC, FBI, and SEC.
* FIRST, I will announce my intention to renegotiate NAFTA or withdraw from the deal under Article 2205
MY AMENDMENT: I disagree with the above proposal to “withdraw” from NAFTA. I am sincere in my belief that our economy, foreign policy, and national security are interdependent on a renewed, healthy and honest Latin American doctrine based on commerce, trade, and diplomacy. I do not support a Latin America Monroe doctrine based on electioneering, military force projection, and many other failed policies.
In other words, Mexico and other Latin American countries will succumb and embrace different diplomatic initiatives by other nations, trade deals and military pacts that would be and is detrimental to US foreign policy, security and business interest in our Western hemisphere. I do not want to see a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier from foreign country docked in Baja California, Mexico within a few miles from our United States Navy base in San Diego.
I am for a renegotiation of NAFTA that meets the changing security needs, the global economy and job creation goals of the United States.
* SECOND, I will announce our withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal as long as there is a replacement to the Trans-Pacific Partnership that creates favorable conditions for US companies, workers, and allies. To unilaterally “withdraw” from the TPP would only embolden, empower and expedite other countries trade deals to fill in the void that would not benefit US business interest in Asia.
* THIRD, I will direct my Secretary of the Treasury to label China a currency manipulator
MY AMENDMENT: This is my amendment to the above proposal. I disagree with the above proposal. China is an imperfect natural ally for our long-term strategic national security interests, needs, and goals. China’s global role as an economic and military superpower cannot be underestimated, ignored nor denied.
To do so would endanger our service members, allies, national security, and economy, indirectly and directly. I hope and pray a renewed Sino-American détente will take effect in 2017 by our government; A One-China Policy must be respected, practiced and enforced immediately and without delay, by our White House, State Department and Congress on January 20th, 2017.
China is a counterbalance to other countries that are detrimental or hostile to US interest, safety, and security. China is willing and capable of using force, conventional and unconventional, as a means to enforce the One-China policy on Taiwan.
Any attempt by the United States to alter a One-China policy would place our service members and Taiwan at immediate risk. Such a sudden change from a One-China policy would also endanger present and future treaties with our Asian allies, and thereby modify the balance of power in Asia and the world for China at the detriment of the United States.
In other words, China is willing to go to war to ensure Chinese sovereignty. The One-China policy has the overwhelming support of the Chinese people, government, and international community. Our diplomatic, military and other resources can better use for the fight against terrorism and not an undeclared unconventional war with China.
In conclusion, China can be our most lucrative, strategically important and most powerful ally for our families, country, and allies. It is time for an honest and public reassessment of our relationship with China at every level by our states, Congress and White House.
* FOURTH, I will direct the Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative to identify all foreign trading abuses that unfairly impact American workers and direct them to use every tool under the American and international law to end those abuses immediately.
* FIFTH, I will lift the restrictions on the production of $50 trillion dollars’ worth of job-producing American energy reserves, including shale, oil, natural gas and clean coal.
MY AMENDMENT: I disagree with the above proposal. Ever since I began running for public office in 2012, my four interconnected core platforms, that I named the 4 E’s or 4E, then and now are Education, Environment, Energy, and Economy. Energy independence needs to be achieved for our country sake. Likewise, we cannot sacrifice our long-term environments wellbeing (air, water, etc.) for short-term energy independence goals.
In other words, food security is a more important national security priority than short-term energy independence goals that endanger our environment that supports our food production ecosystem. We have a moral obligation to our children to leave a world cleaner, healthier and safer than we left it.
* SIXTH, lift the Obama-Clinton roadblocks and allow vital energy infrastructure projects, like the Keystone Pipeline, to move forward
MY AMENDMENT: I disagree with the above proposal. Our food security, thereby our environment, must take precedence over short-term energy goals. Genuine energy independence must and can be achieved by 2040, but not at the detriment of our food security.
* SEVENTH, cancel billions in payments to U.N. climate change programs and use the money to fix America’s water and environmental infrastructure
MY AMENDMENT: I disagree with the above proposal. Adverse climate change is a real threat to global stability. Also, geoengineering or more specifically weather modification must be internationally banned. Farming is a form of acceptable and well-understood geoengineering; atmospheric geoengineering for profit needs to be limited or prevented altogether because it is not well-understood. Preventing or banning atmospheric geoengineering would require international cooperation matched with greater fiscal transparency and accountability.
Additionally, on the first day, I will take the following five actions to restore security and the constitutional rule of law:
* FIRST, cancel every unconstitutional executive action, memorandum, and order issued by President Obama
MY AMENDMENT: I disagree with the above proposal. I would not be in favor to cancel “every” executive action, memorandum, and order issued by President Obama without Congressional review, input, and cooperation.
* SECOND, begin the process of selecting a replacement for Justice Scalia from one of the 20 judges on my list, who will uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal.
* THIRD, cancel all federal funding to Sanctuary Cities
MY AMENDMENT: I disagree with the above proposal. Self-proclaimed “Sanctuary Cities” are just that, self-proclaimed with no legal authority. Many ordinary, law-abiding and taxpaying Americans would suffer by having public safety and schools endangered because of the actions of a few politicians performing publicity stunts for self-serving political reasons.
Every law enforcement official I have the privilege of meeting with, local and federal, have told me they intend to honor, follow and enforce federal immigration laws.
It is very disappointing our immigrant families, that I have met with also are being lied to by our politicians claiming “Sanctuary Cities” status. I hope and pray our politicians that are claiming “Sanctuary Cities” status will have a change of heart, and stop deceiving our immigrant families with a sense of false hope and start working diligently with their individual lawmakers at the state and federal level to serve better, protect our California immigrant families that they deserve.
I look forward to working with my Californians in making meaningful legislation protecting our immigrant families.
* FOURTH, begin removing the more than 2 million criminal illegal immigrants from the country and cancel visas to foreign countries that won’t take them back
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal to deport “violent” criminal illegal immigrants. I disagree with the above proposal to deport “non-violent” criminal illegal immigrants. I propose a case by case basis for deportation proceedings. There are hardworking single mothers here in the USA living here illegally, with American-born children. To suddenly deport a single mother would cause inhumane suffering to her children who committed no crime and an unnecessary burden on our social welfare services and the American taxpayer.
* FIFTH, suspend immigration from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur. All vetting of people coming into our country will be considered extreme vetting.
MY AMENDMENT: I disagree with the above proposal to suspend immigration from terror-prone regions. I am however for endorsing emergency immigration refugee resettlement to the USA for Christians from terror-prone areas where Christians have been singled out for persecution because of their Christian faith and ancestry. Such terror-prone areas would include but not limited to Iraq where Assyrians and Chaldeans are being tortured and murdered for their Christian faith.
Next, I will work with Congress to introduce the following broader legislative measures and fight for their passage within the first 100 days of my Administration:
Middle-Class Tax Relief And Simplification Act. An economic plan designed to grow the economy 4% per year and create at least 25 million new jobs through massive tax reduction and simplification, in combination with trade reform, regulatory relief, and lifting the restrictions on American energy. The largest tax reductions are for the middle class. A middle-class family with 2 children will get a 35% tax cut. The current number of brackets will be reduced from 7 to 3, and tax forms will likewise be greatly simplified. The business rate will be lowered from 35 to 15 percent, and the trillions of dollars of American corporate money overseas can now be brought back at a 10 percent rate.
MY AMENDMENT: This is my amendment to the above proposal. I agree with the above proposal for a Middle-Class Tax Relief and Simplification Act.
End The Offshoring Act. Establishes tariffs to discourage companies from laying off their workers in order to relocate in other countries and ship their products back to the U.S. tax-free.
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal to discourage companies from laying off their workers to relocate in other countries and ship their products back to the U.S. tax-free.
American Energy & Infrastructure Act. Leverages public-private partnerships, and private investments through tax incentives, to spur $1 trillion in infrastructure investment over 10 years. It is revenue neutral.
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal for an American Energy & Infrastructure Act.
School Choice And Education Opportunity Act. Redirects education dollars to give parents the right to send their kid to the public, private, charter, magnet, religious or home school of their choice. Ends common core, brings education supervision to local communities. It expands vocational and technical education, and make 2 and 4-year college more affordable.
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal for a School Choice And Education Opportunity Act.
Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act. Fully repeals Obamacare and replaces it with Health Savings Accounts, the ability to purchase health insurance across state lines, and lets states manage Medicaid funds. Reforms will also include cutting the red tape at the FDA: there are over 4,000 drugs awaiting approval, and we especially want to speed the approval of life-saving medications.
MY AMENDMENT: I disagree with the above proposal of a Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act and a Health Savings Accounts. I hope and pray our Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government support and expand the Affordable Care Act.
Affordable Childcare and Eldercare Act. Allows Americans to deduct childcare and elder care from their taxes, incentivizes employers to provide on-site childcare services, and creates tax-free Dependent Care Savings Accounts for both young and elderly dependents, with matching contributions for low-income families.
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal for an Affordable Childcare and Eldercare Act. I propose an amendment to include a provision that would allow our immigrant families to apply to the Affordable Childcare and Eldercare Act.
End Illegal Immigration Act Fully-funds the construction of a wall on our southern border with the full understanding that the country Mexico will be reimbursing the United States for the full cost of such wall; establishes a 2-year mandatory minimum federal prison sentence for illegally re-entering the U.S. after a previous deportation, and a 5-year mandatory minimum for illegally re-entering for those with felony convictions, multiple misdemeanor convictions or two or more prior deportations; also reforms visa rules to enhance penalties for overstaying and to ensure open jobs are offered to American workers first.
MY AMENDMENT: I respectfully disagree with the End Illegal Immigration Act. I propose a controlled, safe, Christian pathway to citizenship for the millions of undocumented people living in America. Like it or not, they are here. Here are my proposals:
Amnesty for undocumented, unaccompanied minors until the minor attains 18 years of age.
A five-year Amnesty for undocumented adults and minors
The individual must abide by all local, state, and federal laws.
Undocumented parents with children who are born in the United States will have an expedited one-year amnesty to be followed by citizenship.
Undocumented individuals with violent felony records will not be eligible for amnesty.
I will support increased funding for federal criminal investigators to target internal corruption at the United States Customs and Border Patrol. I support the goals and objectives of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, an independent group that echoes my stance.
I do not support building an isolationist type wall that will embolden, enable and expedite adversarial nations to displace our Latin America foreign policy outreach so that it will be replaced with theirs. This will exponentially compromise our national security for decades to come. Furthermore, building a wall will not work as intended to deter illegal entry significantly. As a matter of fact, tunnels as deep as 90 feet have been discovered on the border.
I propose along the international US-Mexico border a modified dual layered fence with accompanying surveillance equipment like cameras, motion tunnel sensors. I support building a secure, environmentally friendly, dual purpose wall or fence, complimented with my plan to work with Mexico to secure the northern Mexican states as a secondary buffer zone. A successful, long-lasting and realistic border security plan will require a reinvigorated binational cooperation initiative by the United States and Mexico.
Binational cooperation of the northern Mexican border states of Baja California North, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Tamaulipas are key to a successful and enduring border security. The total length of the continental border is approximately 1,989 miles. Our US-Mexico international border runs from Tijuana, Baja California, and Imperial Beach, California, to Matamoros, Tamaulipas, and Brownsville, Texas. Our international border consists of diverse terrain types, including harsh, uninhabitable deserts, also frequented by major urban areas.
It is imperative to genuinely work with Mexico to secure the northern Mexican border states. The incentive must be socioeconomic. Since 2005 the Mexican economy has suffered from the drug cartel rivalry. The violence and chaos must be contained and eliminated. Therefore, I hope, pray and propose the following for our neighbors to enact:
1. Mexico, and in particular the mayors, local governmental entities, and residents, must have an incentive to secure the northern Mexican border states of Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Tamaulipas.
2. Unify the two states of Baja California Norte and California Sur to simplify, expedite and make more efficient security, administration, and commerce.
3. Rename the newly merged Mexican states of Baja California Norte and Baja California Sur as Baja California.
4. Encourage Mexico to begin construction of a train line from Monterrey to Tijuana to improve internal commerce and offer passenger rail. This would create jobs that would improve the socioeconomic environment for Mexico for years to come, especially for the northern Mexico border states. This 20-year rail project would be the attractive incentive for the people of the northern Mexican states to genuinely secure their borders within Mexico, thereby offering the US a secondary buffer.
5. The 20-year rail project from Monterrey to Tijuana would be accompanied and preceded by a 5-year plan to lay down fiber along the proposed train line corridor for improved Internet connectivity. The fiber would commence in Tijuana then eastward. The main goal here is modernizing the schools in Mexico.
6. Tijuana must be secured and become safe again to expand trade and tourism. It is one of the major epicenters of illegal entry into the US. A five-year passenger train construction project accompanied by LTA (Lighter Than Air, airship, blimp, etc.) transport from Tijuana to La Paz should be explored, discussed and considered to consolidate safety further and ensure lasting security on the newly unified Baja California peninsula that would stimulate economic growth.
7. LTA from San Diego to Tijuana and La Paz should be offered to expand tourism and cross-border cooperation, with accompanying FAA, TSA and CBP law enforcement, immigration, and trade protocols in place. This would help in reducing traffic for our San Diego and Tijuana highways, which is an international metropolitan conurbation corridor. It is the largest shared bi-national conurbation for the United States and Mexico.
8. The Chinese Consulate in Tijuana is 5 miles from the US border. The Fleet 152 of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, consisting of the missile destroyer Jinan and the guided missile frigate Yiyang was in Mexico in November 2015. In other words, Chinese People’s Liberation Army considers Latin America, in particular, Mexico and Venezuela, has a force multiplier for their long-term foreign policy and naval force projection. This cannot continue for the sake of our Armed Forces in San Diego and our overall national security posture in Latin America.
9. Implementing a secondary buffer zone within Mexico is essential for successfully deterring uncontrolled entry into the US. Uncontrolled entry into the US from our borders can be adequately controlled, humanely with dignity and respect that reflects the best Christian values of America and Mexico. For this to happen, to reiterate, a more extensive cooperation between Mexico and the United States must occur.
In conclusion, a renewed partnership between Mexico and the United States must be inspired by mutually- assured security pacts, bi-national prosperity agreements, and international moral commitment. A successful immigration policy, paired with sensible border security and a robust binational cooperation, will require a thorough understanding of the geopolitical challenges and socioeconomic realities that are now part of Latin America as a whole.
From Mexico to Central and South America, regions that comprise of over 300 million people, a beautiful collage of new possibilities awaits us. We must make the right decisions so we can lead the way for future generations. Our border with Mexico is important for both economies. An immigration policy paired with a secure binational border of northern Mexican states is essential for both to succeed. Building a wall as described by our Trump Administration, literally or symbolically, would result in unintended consequence of increased border insecurity and negative trade for both Mexico and the United States.
Restoring Community Safety Act. Reduces surging crime, drugs and violence by creating a Task Force On Violent Crime and increasing funding for programs that train and assist local police; increases resources for federal law enforcement agencies and federal prosecutors to dismantle criminal gangs and put violent offenders behind bars.
MY AMENDMENT: This is my amendment to the above proposal. I agree with the above proposal for Restoring Community Safety Act. I propose that domestic violence is specifically included in the Act to better fund programs that prevent and prosecute domestic violence. Likewise, the Task Force On Violent Crime must also be supported and prosecute perjury and false claims on serious charges such as domestic violence.
The public trust and integrity of our justice system are in jeopardy if appropriate care, vigilance, and action are not in place. Having been a survivor of domestic violence from my previous marriage, I am very passionate about preventing and prosecuting domestic violence to the fullest extent of the law. Support services must be expanded for both the victim and perpetrator to prevent future domestic violence.
Restoring National Security Act. Rebuilds our military by eliminating the defense sequester and expanding military investment; provides Veterans with the ability to receive public VA treatment or attend the private doctor of their choice; protects our vital infrastructure from cyber-attack; establishes new screening procedures for immigration to ensure those who are admitted to our country support our people and our values
MY AMENDMENT: This is my amendment to the above proposal. I disagree with the above proposal for the Restoring National Security Act for being too broad in scope and lacking in sound planning. For example, Cybersecurity is such a complex, important and costly endeavor, cyber-security needs its independent Act to succeed. I propose amending the Restoring National Security Act to include funding for our Veterans with the ability to receive public VA treatment or attend the private doctor of their choice. New screening procedures for immigration to ensure those who are allowed entry to our country support our people and our values require a separate Act to succeed.
Clean up Corruption in Washington Act. Enacts new ethics reforms to Drain the Swamp and reduce the corrupting influence of special interests on our politics.
MY AMENDMENT: I agree with the above proposal for a Clean-up Corruption in Washington Act. I propose an amendment to include more detail accountability and transparency.
On November 8th, Americans will be voting for this 100-day plan to restore prosperity to our economy, security to our communities, and honesty to our government.
This is my pledge to you.
And if we follow these steps, we will once more have a government of, by and for the people.
